Where can I buy Outerbridge products in Bermuda?

Outerbridge’s Original Sherry Peppers and other Outerbridge products are available in grocery stores, gift shops and retail outlets throughout Bermuda and from the Airport Shops at L.F. Wade International Airport.

Can I take Outerbridge products home?

Yes, but because our shaker bottles are five fluid ounces, they must be packed in your checked luggage or purchased in the departure lounge after passing the security checkpoint at the airport. If you are a visitor returning home or want to give Outerbridge’s Original to friends or family in the continental USA, consider ordering through our secure online shop. Pay USA retail with no sales tax and delivery is only $10.00 per order for delivery to your door. Shipping to Canada, Europe and the rest of the World can be expensive however, so if your destination is not the USA, it is probably best to pack your supply.

I just ran out… where can I buy another bottle near me?

Although there are some Gourmet Shops and Specialty Stores in North America that carry Outerbridge products, we recommend ordering through our secure online shop. If you would like to see Outerbridge products available in your area, ask your local grocer or specialty food store to submit a Wholesale Customer Enquiry.

If I order online, how do I pay and how long does it take to arrive?

We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express for payment and delivery within the United States is generally via USPS so you should receive your order in about a week. Delivery to Canada or the rest of the World is arranged individually for each order. The charge is determined based on the destination and can take a couple weeks to arrive. We have had great results shipping up to four shaker bottles in the USPS International Flat Rate Padded Envelope (current rates at http://postcalc.usps.com) and there are other flat rate or custom options available for larger orders. We will contact you with a quote for your approval before any charges are made to your credit card.

Is it safe to give out my credit card information online?

Yes... by ordering through our secure online shop. Your private information is transmitted using secure server technology through our order processing gateway powered by GLOBECHARGE, a world leader in E-commerce services. Payments are processed by Outerbridge Peppers Limited in Bermuda. We’ve been in business since 1965 and are committed to quality customer service… if there is any problem with your order, contact us directly at peppers@logic.bm or 441-296-4451.

Can I order by mail, phone or fax?

Absolutely, but payment must be by Visa, MasterCard or American Express only. Call 1-441-296-4451 to place your order over the telephone. If you get the answering machine, please leave a clear message and we will be happy to call you back. To mail or fax your order, print anorder form to complete and send it to Outerbridge Peppers Limited in Bermuda. The contact information is on the form. Please include your complete phone number and an email address if available, so we can contact you if there is any problem processing your order.

Why can’t I just email my order?

Emails may not be secure to transmit credit card information so we recommend using our online shop or an order form. If you have questions about the ordering process or the status of your order however, email peppers@logic.bm

Is there a minimum order quantity?

While we have not required minimum order quantities, remember that shipping within the Continental United States is only $10.00 per order for delivery to your door. The more we ship, the more you save so consider sampling other Outerbridge products or including extras of your favorite to share with family and friends.

Is wholesale pricing available to me?

Wholesale pricing is only available to approved resellers and restaurants by submitting a Wholesale Enquiry through our secure shop or by faxing a Wholesale Order Form. Retail customers are eligible for certain promotional discounts including 10% off for full case orders which is twelve units. Sorry, no mixed cases.

What is the shelf life of Outerbridge’s Original and does it need to be refrigerated?

Outerbridge’s Original Sherry Peppers and most related products are not dated and do not require refrigeration. We do recommend refrigerating the bottle after opening to reduce evaporation. All products required by law to be date stamped are given a “best if used by” date. This applies specifically to our Barbecue Sauces and Bermuda Fish Chowder.

Why does my order ship from the USA?

We utilize a shipping expeditor in the USA because it is not viable to export from Bermuda. The products enjoyed today are the same recipes created about fifty years ago by our Founder, Yeaton Duval Outerbridge in the basement of Villa Monticello, the family homestead in Flatts Village, Bermuda; however, our products are now bottled in the United States and have been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Outerbridge Peppers Limited was inspired by the centuries old tradition of Bermuda Sherry Pepper Sauce and we consider Outerbridge’s Original Sherry Peppers and related Outerbridge products to be authentically Bermudian.
